Anything else? Bring it to the discovery call. No question is a stupid question at this stage — they're the ones that decide whether it's the right shape.

Why fixed fee?

Day-rate consulting rewards the wrong thing. Fixed fee means we both agree the outcome before we start — and we carry the risk of getting there. It's the only honest pricing for AI work where the unknown is what's possible, not how long it'll take.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The fee in your charter is the fee on your invoice. If the scope changes mid-engagement, we agree a written variation before any work starts — never after.

What if we want to stop after the diagnostic?

Then we stop. The diagnostic is designed to give you a real go / no-go decision. If we don't think a full engagement is the right shape, we'll tell you — and recommend who we'd send you to instead.

Do you offer retainers?

Not as a default. The Programme tier is the closest shape — sequenced engagements under one charter, with the operator on standby between phases. We don't sell ongoing seats or platform fees.

What's not included?

Third-party software licences (your CRM, your model provider, etc.) are billed to you directly. Travel beyond the south of England is billed at cost. Everything else is in the fee.
